We began simply as an SMP, hosted on a free hosting provider. That went for a few months until it became clear a free host wasn't what we needed. We needed more RAM, CPU and Disk Space. With that I approached a small, emerging hosting, Strawber Hosting and bought a nice server. With that season two of the SMP began. We had some good memories but at that point I started needing help. That was when Raven joined the team. He helped re format the discord and some aspects of the SMP. Than Loki arrived. He had a passion for Sky Block and eventually convinced us to turn into a network. He even helped fund the proxy server. From there we became just an SMP to a Network. The days of setting up the Network we long and hard days, with many frustrating issues encountered. We over came them, sometimes with short breaks or passing them onto another staff member to solve. It wasn't long after the release of the network that Strawber Hosting announced they had changed hands and would soon become Surf Hosting. That came with some worries but we soon discovered that something great had happened and we were presented with opportunity to partner to benefit both our communities. And so here we are now, a great network!
